What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Keep current with advancements in laboratory science and reflect best practices in all testing activities.

Education

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related Allied Health discipline required.

Licensure & Certification

• Certification eligible upon hire (ASCP or equivalent).
• Certification must be obtained within one year of employment.

Preferred Experience

• One year of clinical laboratory experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous tests with accuracy.
• Familiarity with oncology-related laboratory workflows is a plus.
