Responsibilities include: Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care Orders and prescribes appropriate medications Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans Maintains patient confidentiality Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records This position would float between some of our Columbus locations including, Canal Winchester, Groveport, Easton, and Morse Rd.
