CNA – Dementia & Memory Care Experience – Charlotte South, NC

Dementia care asks for a specific kind of patience — the ability to stay calm, creative, and reassuring even when a moment doesn't go the way you planned. We're looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant with that skill set for a client in Charlotte South.

Client: Senior client living with dementia, private residence
Care involved: Personal care, redirection techniques, safety supervision, structured daily routines, companionship

We need an active NC CNA certification, real experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care, and comfort navigating behavioral changes without losing your patience or your warmth.
