Starting Pay Range: $100,880.00/yr - $131,144.00/yr , depending on experience Position Status: Full-time, exempt Shift: Day Application Deadline: 11/17/2026. Job Summary As a Physical Therapist at Haxtun Health, you'll be a vital part of our team, acting as a "movement detective" to evaluate and pinpoint the root causes of patients' pain and limitations. You will develop personalized rehabilitation programs to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function, directly witnessing the positive impact of your hands-on expertise. Beyond clinical care, you'll have opportunities to nurture community wellness through local outreach and preventative programs while building strong, supportive relationships with both patients and colleagues. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (MSPT or DPT) Minimum Qualifications: Current license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado Minimum Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred Qualifications: 3 (three) years' experience in inpatient and outpatient setting Preferred Qualifications: Trigger Point Dry Needling certification Benefits At Haxtun Health Health Insurance: Haxtun Health covers 100% of employee only premiums for all health insurance plans. We also contribute a portion of the premiums for additional plan selections, including spouse, children, or family plans as applicable. Dental and Vision Insurance: (optional) Haxtun Health pays 50% of the premiums, including spouse, children, or family, as applicable. Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued at approximately 17 days for the first year of employment for hourly employees and 22 days for the first year of employment for salaried employees. PTO accrual increases as your length of service increases. This includes holidays. Sick Leave: Up to 48 hours per year. Retirement Plan: Up to a 3% employer match, which increases with your length of service. New employees are automatically enrolled at a 1% contribution rate (can be opted out). Employees must complete 5 years of employment to be 100% vested. Employee Health Payment Match: Haxtun Health matches employee payments up to $1,000 per year per family for services received at Haxtun Health's hospital or clinics. Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI): Haxtun Health participates in the CO FAMLI program, which is a social insurance program that provides up to 12 weeks of paid leave for qualifying life events. Term Life Insurance: 1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
