Block, Inc. is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for the Acquiring team to advance card payments systems. The role is remote with Pacific Time overlaps and US West Coast hours, based in Bay Area or Seattle or fully remote within the Pacific zone. You will own project direction, write production code, and build tooling to improve reliability and efficiency of card networks, routing, and settlement.
