In this dual-role position, you’ll play a key part in both butchery and catering operations. Your day-to-day will include preparing and cutting meats to precise standards, ensuring quality and freshness for our customers. On the catering side, you’ll assist in preparing and delivering exceptional meals for events, which could occur any day of the week. Open availability is essential for this role to accommodate catering schedules.

To thrive in this position, you’ll need the following:

• At least 1 year of experience in butchery or a related field.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Open availability, as catering events may be scheduled on weekdays or weekends.
• A passion for providing excellent service and producing high-quality work.
