Assignment Dates: September 2, 2026 – June 14, 2027
Hours: 35 hours/week
Position Details
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Stanwood, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position will provide occupational therapy services to a K-12 caseload, with the majority of students at the elementary and middle school levels. Candidates should be comfortable supporting students at the high school level as needed.
The selected therapist will serve approximately 32 students and will likely split time between two school sites , with final worksite assignments to be determined by the district.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support student participation, independence, and access to the educational environment
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license
- Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
