We are working with a growing engineering company who supplies machined products. They are looking for self-starters who can take design ownership from drawing interpretation and CNC programming to product production and quality inspection. The position expectations are as follows:
- Use precision measuring instruments to perform quality inspections of machined parts.
- Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of five years hands-on experience to set up and programming of CNC lathe and milling machines.
- Knowledge of CNC programming with G-Code.
- Knowledge of G-codes and standard controls and interpretation of drawings.
- Ability to modify fixtures or tooling.
- Must have a high school diploma and /or CNC training certificate.
- Must be able to hold tolerances as tight as .0005.
- Must have experience in machining various materials
