Administrative Assistant, Catholic Charities Indianapolis Refugee & Immigration Services Catholic Charities Indianapolis is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Refugee & Immigration Services program. This position provides essential administrative and operational support to attorneys and Department of Justice accredited representatives while helping ensure efficient, professional, and client-centered services for immigrants and refugees. Responsibilities include: Managing phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Scheduling appointments and maintaining staff calendars Conducting client intakes and assisting with case management activities Creating and maintaining electronic and physical client files Coordinating interpreter services and client communications Entering data and assisting with reports and program documentation Supporting general office operations and administrative workflows Assisting with outreach events, workshops, and other program activities Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities Experience in an office setting preferred Bilingual language skills are a plus This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting individuals and families as they navigate immigration and legal services.
