As a Security Guard Level III Armed Patrol Driver in Spring, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to situations with professionalism. This driving role requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while supporting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with store management and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential loss-prevention concerns, and report observations through required documentation and communication channels.
• Maintain readiness and responsible control of assigned equipment while following all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
