Job Location: Tampa, FL Job Type: Contract

Years of General Experience: 5-7 Years SAP Experience. Years of Relevance Experience: 5-7 SAP FICO Experience. Must Haves Skills 3 at most:

• Expert knowledge of SAP FI Modules (GL, Assets, AP, AR, Credit Management, Treasury, Project systems, Banking). Perform Hands on Configurations, testing in SAP FICO and extensive knowledge in FI integration e.g. FI/SD,FI/MM, FI/PM
• Extensive knowledge in Integration points – FI/SD, FI/MM, FI/PM
• Should be able to conceptualize and design overall FICO solution for projects

Nice to Have Skills:

• SAP Certified (FI)
• SAP HANA Certified
• Bolt on Applications: High Radius, KOFAX, Maximo, Informatica.
• Perform hands on Configurations in SAP FICO Module in areas covering: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Taxation, Credit Management, Project Systems, Asset Accounting, Treasury & Cash Flow management, In-House Cash, Material Ledger & Profitability analysis
• Write functional and technical system requirements and use cases, create process flow diagrams, and finalize system requirements
• Prepare Test scripts/cases using a pre-defined template with End to End Business model and requirements
• Perform testing using SAP and other bolt on applications as per the Integration specifications
• Validate all the technical objects, configurations in Production system post Go-Live (Transport Management)
• Provide the Reverse training to offshore resources and created the capability and expertise within the account

• Work independently with Technical and Business Key users in gathering the requirements
• Collaborate with business/technology teams to ensure project requirements alignment of business solution definition & technical architecture
• Communicate and articulate model designs to peers, customers and governance teams
• Translating Functional Specifications into Technical Specifications
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation that captures design strategy
• This position requires a strong customer service attitude, attention to detail and quality, the ability to multi-task, a team focus, strong interpersonal skills and adherence to firm IT standards and change management procedures.
• Should keep project manager, supervisor and manager informed about gap analysis, development and project status
• Clearly communicate any issues & mitigation plan to management and/or customers that can be understood
• Additional responsibilities specified by Management
• Participate in weekly/monthly meetings to share the project deliverables with Client IT Team
• Participate in Bi-weekly meetings with Internal & External FICO Team members to review the Project deliverables
• Participate in retrospective meetings to evaluate the improvements in existing Business process setup in FICO Areas
