We have this W2 Contract opportunity for a Mortgage Appraisal Analyst with our Direct Client in Reston, VA. Mortgage Appraisal Analyst - MOR2JP00018337 Location: Dallas, TX 75019 - Hybrid Max Pay Rate: $33/hr W2 (No Benefits) Duration - 12 months + Primary Responsibilities Wire funding Processing invoices Facilitating mortgage document execution Ensure internal control and external regulatory compliance policies and their impacts are adhered. Continuously look for opportunities for business process improvements. Support key on-going business goals and initiatives including onboarding of new products as dictated by the Business Unit Qualifications 2-3 years Residential Mortgage experience College degree preferred Experience 2 to 3 years of experience within client services and mortgage processing, including processing, closing and funding Working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing related activities such as: Loan Onboarding, Escrow, and Remittance processing Working knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines related to mortgage servicing College degree preferred Adhere to turn time commitments while working in a high-volume environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Lenmar Consulting Inc
