Weekend RN Supervisor (Part-Time)
Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a part-time position working Saturdays and Sundays only. This role combines hands-on nursing care with supervising nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility.
Pay: $37.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays only
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents
Supervise RN, LPN, and CNA staff during weekend shifts
Oversee resident care and daily nursing activities
Support nursing staff with clinical questions and resident care needs
Assist with resident assessments, documentation, and care planning
Help ensure quality care and compliance with facility policies
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
