Materials Planner

Materials Planner position at Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher company, responsible for developing material plans, monitoring inventory health, and optimizing supply chain parameters to support production schedules and customer delivery commitments in Boulder, Colorado.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain material plans aligned with production requirements, customer demand, and inventory targets
Monitor material availability and inventory health; identify and resolve shortages, excess, and obsolescence risks
Optimize SAP planning parameters, stocking levels, and order quantities based on demand patterns and business priorities
Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Scheduling, and other teams to resolve constraints and support on-time delivery
Apply data analysis and continuous improvement methods to strengthen planning accuracy and inventory performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years in materials planning, supply planning, inventory management, or operations
Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, particularly SAP, for material requirements planning
Ability to analyze demand, inventory, lead-time, and supply data to identify risks and constraints
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable data-analysis tools
CPIM certification preferred

Compensation: $85,000-$110,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay
