Responsibilities:
As an LPN, your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments
- Maintaining the accuracy of patient records
- Reporting and investigating incidents thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Maintaining the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical needs of each patient
- Assisting physicians during rounds
- Providing guidance and training for aides
- Demonstrating proficient nursing skills
Qualifications:
- Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- High school graduate/GED
- Long-term care experience, good communication skills
