365 Freight USA is hiring entry-level Class A drivers based in Buffalo, NY, for regional routes with weekly home time. This position offers paid training, modern equipment, and steady drop-and-hook dry van freight suitable for drivers with little or no prior driving experience.
- Compensation: $1,600–$1,800 weekly, paid via direct deposit every Friday.
- Paid training: 3–5 week program with hands-on instruction and mentorship from experienced drivers.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision and life insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off (PTO).
- Equipment & freight: Newer, fully equipped tractors; primarily drop-and-hook dry van freight on regional runs serving Western New York and surrounding states.
- Schedule & home time: Regional routes designed to provide predictable, weekly home time for drivers based in the Buffalo area.
- Minimum qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT medical and hiring requirements.
- Completion of at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
