Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy to clients living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in Whiteville, NC. Responsibilities Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs). Design and lead therapy groups, incorporating approaches such as art therapy, mindfulness, movement, or other therapeutic modalities. Work with youth and adults to build brighter, healthier futures. Qualifications Master’s degree and required mental health licensure (LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A)). Dual licensure (LCAS (A)) is preferred. Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems or technical aptitude. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for work-related travel. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary: $55,000–$57,000 for provisional licensure; $58,000+ for full licensure. Generous paid time off and holidays.
