Summary

The Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Marketing Enablement & Operations team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead, strategize, and complete marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

Description

This role plays a critical part in acquiring and engaging customers across Apple Wallet offerings—within the Apple ecosystem and in partnership with external collaborators. As a key liaison with Marketing, the Program Manager will help bring initiatives to life through flawless execution, continuous optimization, and insightful performance analysis that informs future direction. A strong emphasis is placed on driving impactful results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This position is responsible for advancing our in-app and email marketing initiatives while enhancing process efficiency in marketing operations and campaign management to support scalable growth. Working closely with Marketing leads, Data Science & Analytics, and other Operations teams, the Program Manager will drive performance against key forecasts and find opportunities for continuous improvement across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of project management, marketing or equivalent experience with in-app and email marketing with fundamental technical proficiencies that allow for coordinating between technical and business teams.

• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and proficient with documentation.

• Strong business and marketing acumen, ability to distill complex ideas into concise business updates.

• Experience using marketing automation tools and ability to work with engineering teams to develop new automated workflows.

• Effective presentation, oral and written business communication skills with various audiences and organizational levels.

• Strong collaborator who can articulate business priorities/needs and develop positive relationships cross-functionally.

• Ability to quickly respond to changes in project timing, scope, & deliverables.

• Experience facilitating cross-functional sharing while having the acumen to clearly communicate actions and next steps to peers and leadership.
