International Logistics Supervisor

At INDEX Corporation, we're looking for an experienced International Logistics Supervisor to lead our domestic and international logistics operations. This is an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our world-class CNC machines and spare parts are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time to customers across North America and around the world. As our International Logistics Supervisor, you'll oversee import/export operations, customs compliance, freight management, warehouse coordination, and transportation strategy while leading continuous improvement initiatives that support our growing business. What You'll Do Lead domestic and international shipping operations for machines, parts, and accessories. Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party warehouses. Ensure compliance with U.S. and international import/export regulations. Oversee shipping documentation, customs clearance, and trade compliance activities. Monitor logistics performance, freight costs, and carrier service levels while driving process improvements. Supervise warehouse logistics activities and provide day-to-day leadership for the logistics team. Partner cross-functionally to support customer deliveries and strategic business initiatives. What We're Looking For 7+ years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience. Experience with international import/export in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of customs regulations, freight operations, and trade compliance. ERP experience (SAP preferred). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Why INDEX?
