About the Position Image360 Lauderhill is looking for an organized, responsive, and genuinely helpful Client Service Coordinator to join our growing visual communications and signage company. This person will work closely with our Center Manager and serve as an important connection between clients, sales team, design department, production team, and installers. You will help move projects from the initial inquiry through completion while keeping clients informed and making sure important details do not fall through the cracks. Our environment is busy, fast-moving, and highly collaborative. Priorities can change quickly, so this position is best suited for someone who stays organized, communicates proactively, and enjoys keeping multiple projects moving at once. Once trained, you will be expected to take ownership of your responsibilities, work independently, anticipate what needs to happen next, and keep projects moving without waiting for step-by-step direction. Sign or printing industry experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Position Details This is an on-site position that involves regular computer and telephone work, occasional time in our production environment, and the ability to occasionally move materials or completed projects weighing up to 25 pounds, with reasonable accommodations available.
