Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications.
• Operate manufacturing presses, monitoring for quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating and setting up various printing presses (e.g., flexographic, digital, offset).
• Proven ability to read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting press issues.
• Demonstrated knowledge of different substrates, inks, and their interactions in the printing process.
• Ability to perform quality checks, make adjustments, and ensure products meet specified standards.
• Experience with color matching and density control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and machine interface.
• Demonstrated ability to perform minor maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work overtime or occasional weekends as needed.
• Experience with a variety of printing materials or substrates.
