Car Detailer

Job Details: Job Location: Goodwill Industries of NCPA Inc - Falls Creek, PA 15840, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly, PURPOSE: Detail cars/trucks in agency fleet. General Labor as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Detailing cars/trucks which include vacuuming, cleaning mats, dusting, windows inside and out, washing, and waxing as directed. General housekeeping and safety General building maintenance: empty garbage, sweep/vacuum floors, sweeps and/or shovel sidewalks as directed. Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance, and 25 pounds+ with assistance. Cut grass and weed eater at the Falls Creek Buildings. Other duties as directed by the Vice President of Transportation. RELATIONS: Works under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Transportation. STANDARDS FOR MEASURING PERFORMANCE: The manner in which the individual performs the duties of a Goodwill Industries Car Detailer/General Laborer The manner in which the individual responds to special requests of the Vice President of Transportation of Goodwill Industries. The manner in which the individual reflects the high standards of morals and integrity expected of all Goodwill associates. The level of self-motivation and enthusiasm demonstrated by the Car Detailer/General Laborer. The manner in which the individual reflects his/her overall personal appearance both in following of the Goodwill Dress Code and personal hygiene. Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma is desirable, but not necessary. On-the-job training is conducted. Must have good work habits, such as acceptable attitude and punctuality. Must respond appropriately to supervision. Must possess adequate physical endurance to perform attached job functions and expectations.
