Job Description

As a Security Officer Operations Patrol in Goodyear AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This role calls for strong communication customer service and teamwork while supporting daily operations with agility reliability innovation and integrity in a people-first culture.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures access activities and emergency response actions when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents alarms and unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including warehouse floors loading and receiving areas parking areas and perimeter points as working conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify authorized access for personnel and/or visitors and help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and routine observation.
• Support daily logistics and distribution operations by observing trailer yards dock areas and high-traffic zones communicating disruptions hazards and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
