You will oversee prescription fulfillment, clinical services, inventory, and regulatory compliance while ensuring safe, accurate, and timely patient care. Manage and mentor pharmacists and technicians, optimize workflow, and deliver outstanding customer service. Partner with store leadership to drive business performance, implement company initiatives, and support community health programs. Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws, maintain accurate records, and uphold Walmart’s standards for safety, ethics, and quality.
