Job Description

Delivery Driver Responsibilities – Non CDL

As a Delivery Driver at Silkway Express, you'll start and end your day at our warehouse location (DDC4, Sterling, VA), where you'll load up and head out on your route. A typical day includes:

Report to the warehouse for morning load-out and vehicle assignment
Load and unload the delivery vehicle with packages scheduled for delivery
Follow a GPS-navigated delivery route safely and efficiently
Complete all deliveries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle throughout your shift
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards while on delivery routes
Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift and complete end-of-day check-in
Report any route, vehicle, or delivery issues to management promptly

Qualifications

Non CDL Delivery Driver Requirements

We're looking for dependable Drivers — no CDL required, no prior delivery experience necessary. Here's what you'll need:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Non CDL Driver welcome)
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse and delivery team
Strong time management and a customer-first attitude
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Delivery Driver – No CDL Required | Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus but not required.
