Events Management Assistant

Job Description Penn State Athletics is looking for Events Management Assistants. Responsibilities include: Assist with setup and tear down of events in Rec Hall Assist with game management Assist with day-to-day operations within the facility Other duties assigned by the facilities coordinator This position requires the potential to work nights and weekends. Work Location Approval of remote and hybrid work is not guaranteed regardless of work location. Required Qualifications Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies. This position requires you to operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
