Key Qualifications:

• Previous paraprofessional or school-based experience preferred
• Ability to provide patient, individualized support to young students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working within early childhood or elementary school settings
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
• Passion for supporting student learning and development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct student support in both 1:1 and classroom-based settings
• Assist teachers with instructional activities, classroom organization, and student participation
• Implement individualized learning strategies for students requiring additional support
• Help manage classroom routines, transitions, activities, and basic student care needs
• Encourage a safe, welcoming, and positive educational environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with educational staff and support teams
