Engineer

Engineer\n\nTimpl has partnered up with a leading importer and distributor of advanced\nelectronic and defense-related components including high-performance battery\npacks for a top-tier global suppliers. And we are seeking an Engineer. \n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n * Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce\n waste, and ensure consistent product quality.\n * Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot process issues and\n implement corrective actions.\n * Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions,\n and process documentation.\n * Support production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand and\n delivery timelines.\n * Monitor production metrics and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend\n improvements.\n * Implement Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement\n initiatives.\n * Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve\n equipment and process issues.\n * Assist in the introduction of new products, technologies, and manufacturing\n methods.\n * Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards in\n production areas.\n * Train and support production staff on best practices, equipment use, and\n process improvements.\n\n\nQualifications\n * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or\n related field.\n * 2-5 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing, or process\n improvement.\n * Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement\n methodologies.\n * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and production\n management software or ERP systems.\n * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\n * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.\n * Experience in [industry-specific processes, e.g., automotive, consumer goods,\n electronics] preferred.\n\n\n\n
