Party Chief Surveyor (Alpharetta_Georgia)- Heavy Civil Construction Project

Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services ( . We are currently looking for a Party Chief Surveyor to join our team for a Heavy Civil Construction Project in Alpahretta, Georgia.

-Project : Heavy Civil Construction Project

-Estimated duration of the position: 2 years - In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity.

-Responsibilities:

• Lead daily field survey crews on highway construction activities. 
• Perform layout, stakeout, as-built surveys, and quantity verification. 
• Operate and supervise the use of GPS, robotic total stations, and survey equipment. 
• Coordinate field activities with construction teams and survey management. 
• Maintain survey records and ensure quality and accuracy of field data. 
• Support grading, drainage, structures, utilities, and roadway construction activities.

-Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 hours plus 1 hour lunch.

-Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of construction surveying experience. 
• Previous experience as Party Chief on heavy civil or transportation projects.
• Strong knowledge of GPS and total station equipment.
• Ability to work independently in the field and supervise survey crews. 
• Highway construction experience preferred. 
• English proficiency sufficient for field coordination.
