We are actively hiring Automotive Sales Consultants / Sales Representatives at our Young Dodge Morgan location. If you’re passionate about car sales, customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Whether you’re an experienced automotive sales professional or new to the industry, this is a strong entry-level sales opportunity with paid training and ongoing support from our internal training team - Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities:- Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Stay up to date on automotive trends, current promotions, and financing options
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or a related salesman role is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
