Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in product management, or related technical roles. 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.). Experience balancing data analysis and exceptional user experience (UX) design. Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership. Experience working with evaluation sets (evals) for AI or Large Language Models (LLMs). Ability to lead, influence, and work effectively across a wide, complex cross-functional team. Responsibilities Leverage the latest Gemini models to create a dynamic, highly contextualized autocomplete experience. Define, design, and build the fundamental user interfaces and flows for providing rich data (visual, personal, contextual) and query composition using AI capabilities. Build features that proactively teach users what AI Search can do for them and seamlessly guide them in asking the right questions. Bridge the gap between frontier AI research and everyday consumer utility, ensuring our models translate into intuitive, magical user experiences. Partner closely with Engineering, UX Design, and Research teams to move rapidly from concept to launch.
