Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesClean and service guest rooms according to brand and hotel standardsChange linens, make beds, and replenish amenitiesClean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and remove trashRestock housekeeping carts and storage closetsImmediately report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost & found itemsFollow all safety protocols and sanitation proceduresAssist with laundry if neededProvide friendly, courteous service to guests and team membersHotel Specific Primary TasksResponsible for knowing hotel brand standards for guest room preparation.RequirementsPrior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periodsMust be available to work weekends and holidaysStrong attention to detail and a positive attitudeReliable transportation requiredBilingual preferred but not required
