Sr. Project Specialist

Sr. Project Specialist Location: 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326, United States Responsibilities Lead a cross‑functional team to successfully launch a new vehicle on time within budget Create and track resource plans, WBS, and master plans Establish project funding and track status against budget Lead steering committee and appropriately escalated issues Develop pilot schedules; track plan vs. actual through daily pilot meetings and reports Manage global KPIs/KAIs, GVD, and escalated risks Prepare and execute IH review Coordinate and lead workshops to resolve major issues Lead issue resolution meetings with stakeholders and escalated priority concerns Work closely with team leads, quality, and engineering to ensure objectives are met at the station and plant levels Build relationships with engineering and manufacturing to understand new product requirements and build sequencing Develop and improve work methods Collaborate with functional and operation managers to improve productivity, quality, and output Support Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) for Launch Domain (LD) Support WPI workplace integration Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 8 years of automotive experience At least three years of program management experience Excellent communication and computer skills Excellent problem‑solving/analytical skills Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to work as part of a team and interface with all levels of management and labor Highly motivated self‑starter and change agent This position involves supporting multiple locations and will require approximately 21–40% travel.
