Lead Designer

Pay rate:- $60-$80/ Hour

Job Description

This role plays a key part in bringing projects to life—from initial design to startup. You’ll be a key technical liaison between customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently.

Job Summary

• Create detailed shop drawings for construction and fabrication
• Coordinate with suppliers and engineers on project needs
• Help solve design challenges in the field and office
• Support material procurement and project coordination
• Be a go-to technical contact for customers and project teams
• Assist with startup and final project turnover

Requirements

• 3+ years in construction engineering
• Experience with SolidWorks, Revit, and Excel
• CAD experience and experience in agricultural constructions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Someone who enjoys working through complex challenges as part of a team
