Project Manager - Hybrid

Project ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid position (minimum 3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.This role is focused on release and change management within the digital channels space. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all changes from initiation to closure, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.Responsibilities:Plan, create, and manage each change within the digital channels space, including release containers, execution runbooks, and change requestsManage and coordinate each assigned change from initiation to closureComplete all required information and documentation for each change in ITSM toolsCoordinate interfaces between Change Management and other ITSM processesCoordinate planning, implementation, and verification activities with all stakeholdersConduct planning and runbook reviews with change stakeholdersFacilitate the triage of any issues found during release-related activitiesIdentify and escalate risks and concerns related to releasesRequirements:7+ years of end-to-end project management experienceStrong functional knowledge of release management processesModerate to advanced project planning software skills (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) with experience in critical path analysisModerate to advanced meeting facilitation skills with the ability to lead large-scale meetingsModerate exposure to Agile practices and Jira toolsModerate to advanced experience with production record of change tools such as ITSM BMC Remedy or ServiceNowPrevious experience with Risk Management (identifying and escalating release-related risks)Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Desired skills:Bachelor's degreePMP CertificationExperience working in the financial industryOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
