Sr. Data Visualization Developer Full Time – Permanent. Salary: $96,600 - $144,900, plus 8% annual bonus. Job Overview The IT Capacity Planning team works closely with engineering, infrastructure, finance, PMO, and other partners to build data‑driven analytic dashboards that provide the organization with clear and actionable visibility into current resource utilization, future demand, and capacity risk. As the Senior Data Visualization Developer, you will partner with key stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, design data models, and develop Power BI visualizations that reveal actionable insights and drive informed business decisions. Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for data models and Power BI visualizations. Build interactive Power BI reports and dashboards with clear visuals, accessible navigation, efficient DAX measures, data modeling, and data transformations. Ensure data accuracy through unit tests, reconciliation, and peer reviews. Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences using presentations, reports, diagrams, and user stories. Apply problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues, resolve conflicts, and propose solutions. Demonstrate strong financial acumen by analyzing and communicating trends. Maintain a deep understanding of the application domain, including business processes, data flows, systems architecture, and integration points. Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence (visualization/dashboard/reporting), data science, data analysis, or business analysis with Power BI. 2+ years of experience with continuous improvement processes. 2+ years of experience with SharePoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience with DAX, data modeling, dashboard publishing, and data transformation. API integration from various data sources. Prior experience with Power Automate. Experience utilizing SQL or other data extraction languages. Salary Salary Range: $96,600 - $144,900. The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including skills, job‑related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
