Training and shadowing provided. Responsibilities Follow the plan of care by Occupational Therapist and provide treatment to patients Interpret evaluation findings to provide care and safety relating to dysfunction Provide treatment based on the goals and follow through with treatment to achieve established goals Provide advice and education to patients and family Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment, the patient’s progress towards goals, and the need for modifying plans Qualifications Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program California COTA License Excellent communication skills Home Health experience preferred; not required Additional Information We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. The final offer is determined by multiple factors, including skillset, work experience, and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The pay range for this position is: $60-$75/visit.
