As a Team Member/Expeditor, you will be crucial to our success by having keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency to help keep a smooth and efficient workflow between the kitchen and the tables. You will work in a fast-paced environment to get proper orders out faster and more efficiently while multitasking and ensuring the best quality of dishes during peak hours. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and help determine their needs.
• Understanding our culture of quality and great customer service and doing whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Process and relay customers' orders to the kitchen staff.
• Maintain solid product knowledge to ensure all orders are correct according to ticket details.
• Ensuring the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen
• Ensuring orders are being prepared with the correct priority
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.
• Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
• Routinely clean and arrange expo and packaging areas during downtimes.
• Mixing, restocking, and pouring beverages, as needed.
• Transporting food orders from the kitchen to each pertinent table as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information.
• Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests
• Assist other team members by answering questions and helping out as needed to aid in the service of guests.
