Join Pool and Spa Depot and help transform backyards into beautiful outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you'll install above-ground and in-ground pools , operate equipment, and work as part of a high-performing crew. Crew Lead opportunities available for experienced candidates.

- Install above-ground and in-ground pools from start to finish
- Drive company vehicles to job sites
- Operate equipment (e.g., backhoe, skid steer) for excavation, grading, and site prep
- Assemble pool components (rails, walls, liners, filtration systems)
- Perform manual labor (digging, leveling, lifting materials)
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Communicate with team members and customers
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Experience as a driver and equipment/machine operator (required)
- Experience in construction or similar field
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with above-ground and/or in-ground pool installation
- Concrete work (form setting, finishing, troweling)
- PVC plumbing experience
- Liner installation experience
- Understanding of plumb, level, and square
- Experience operating skid steer or similar equipment
- Leadership experience (for Crew Lead role)
