Details Work in a hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab with 11 procedure rooms (5 cath, 4 EP, 2 hybrid OR) Patient ratio of 1 patient to 3 staff Team includes Cath/EP Techs and Cath/EP RNs Utilizes GE and Philips x-ray systems, Volcano IVUS/FFR, and Merge Hemo equipment Documentation completed in Merge Hemo and Meditech Scheduled for 4x10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Floating limited to prep and recovery areas only Cath Lab procedures include diagnostic caths, PCI, Rotoblator, Laser atherectomies, ECMO, TAVR, MitraClips, Watchman, IVUS, FFR, complex PCI, CTO, Shockwave, and Penumbra EP Lab procedures include EP studies, pacemakers, ICD placements, ablations (excluding cryo ablations), micra pacemakers, loop recorders, and lead extractions including laser lead extractions Requirements Active RN license (TN or compact) currently in hand Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab and/or EP Lab experience required Must have experience monitoring and circulating Cath Lab and/or EP procedures US SSN and DOB required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted) One professional reference required No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months Additional Information Join one of the top Cardiac programs in Tennessee, offering all cardiac modalities except transplant Facility recognized by Ethisphere as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies Growing cardiac program with a strong team of experienced Cath/EP Techs and RNs Scrubs required as part of the dress code Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-744098.
