Lead both classroom instruction and on-site training at campus and off campus build sites. Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in the building trades. Strong knowledge of building construction theories and residential construction, including: Foundation and concrete work Framing, roofing, interior and exterior finishes Doors, trim, cabinetry, and light commercial construction Valid Class D driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in a related field. Teaching experience in a technical or trade environment. OSHA 10 certification.
