Outpatient ClinicianThe Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CCPS) at Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS) is seeking a licensed social worker, mental health clinician, or psychologist to join its outpatient program in Berlin. This position provides clinical services to adults and families across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and designated case management staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. This is a meaningful opportunity to support community mental health in a supportive and team-oriented environment.Summary of Job DutiesProvide inclusive mental health, developmental disability and substance use services.Support and advance the WCMHS mission collaboratively and productively working with internal and external partners.Work closely with clients and families educating clients regarding their health, disease prevention and healthy behaviors.Conduct diagnostic interviews to understand client's history and symptomsDevelop personalized actionable goals and therapeutic strategies.Compensation and BenefitsWCMHS provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and a generous paid time off package including flexible holidays and 12 vacation days in year one.The starting pay range for this position is $55,120 to $57,550 per year.Summary of QualificationsMaster's degree and license eligible.One year experience providing therapy support and clinical services to adults and children.Experience in DBT, CBT and group therapy preferred.A collaborative approach, demonstrating understanding of trauma-informed practice and familiarity with co-occurring substance use disorder treatment.Clean driving record and access to a safe, insured and reliable vehicle.Work EnvironmentWork is performed in an outpatient office setting.About the AgencyFor more than 50 years, Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS) has served the Washington County community and the Orange County towns of Orange, Washington, and Williamstown.
