We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Analysis and Business Analysis. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving business insights and strategies to support our company's growth and impact on society.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of complex business data to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decisions
• Oversee the development and implementation of business analysis processes and methodologies
• Provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and data-driven strategies
• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
• Develop and maintain data models to support business analysis and forecasting
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures
• Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives and projects
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business processes and recommend improvements
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and define business needs
• Provide training and support to junior analysts and team members on best practices and analytical techniques

Qualifications:

• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Have excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders
• Demonstrate proficiency in using analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI software
• Show experience in developing and maintaining data models and databases
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Have a solid understanding of business processes and methodologies

• Possess a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
