Trial Attorney – Bedsore.Law (San Diego, CA – Hybrid/Remote)

Bedsore.Law is expanding and we’re looking for a highly skilled, mission-driven Trial Attorney to help lead the charge from our new San Diego office and headquarters.

We are a nationally recognized litigation firm focused exclusively on holding nursing homes, hospitals, and long-term care facilities accountable for neglect, abuse, and catastrophic injuries especially pressure injury (bedsore) cases. As we grow our California footprint, we are seeking a talented trial attorney to help us deliver justice for vulnerable clients and their families.

Location:

Hybrid/Remote – Candidate must reside San Diego, and come into the office 1-3 times a week, or as needed.

Who You Are:

• A licensed California attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience
• Proven trial experience , ideally in personal injury, medical malpractice, or elder abuse
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a caseload
• Excellent writer, oral advocate, and strategist
• Passionate about fighting for justice
• Confident working independently but collaborative when it counts
• Excited to be part of a firm with national reach and a bold mission

What You'll Do:

• Serve as lead or co-counsel on high-value elder neglect and bedsore cases
• Handle discovery, depositions, expert coordination, pre-trial motions, and trial
• Attend mediations, hearings, and client meetings (remote and in-person as needed)
• Help shape the development of our San Diego office and trial presence
