AI Operations Lead

Role: AI Operations Lead

Location: Seattle, WA 98109

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities :

• Scope is intentionally narrow: Claude Enterprise, Claude Console, OpenAI API, and OpenAI Codex only
• Acts as cognitive lead / triage point / backlog owner for all inbound feature requests, issues, and released changes across those four platforms
• Owns prioritization and escalation for that workstream decides what gets worked next, escalates blockers as needed
• Stays on top of what Anthropic and OpenAI ship new models, feature releases, deprecations, breaking changes - and gets ahead of the impact when possible before it lands on the team
• Recommend process improvement as needed
• Self-sufficient - governance and close engagement over engineers
• Meticulous, detail-oriented operator hands-on, high-volume execution only through different non-prod and prod environments
• Primary responsibility: cranking through day-to-day operational work on those four platforms config, access/licensing, troubleshooting, testing, keeping them running smoothly.
