About The Role We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and driven Accountant to join our Finance/Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and extensive experience with data. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. Responsibilities include: Managing transaction activity, including processing A/P and A/R, and recording daily financial transactions. Participating in month-end close activities, such as reconciling bank statements, assisting with revenue and expense accruals, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing management reports. Gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making, including preparing financial statements and reports. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, creating dashboards, analyzing financial trends, tracking KPIs, and assisting in budget development and monitoring. Qualifications Strong accounting background with extensive data experience and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks. Degree in Accounting; experience in operational accounting or Big 4 preferred. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in teams; fluency in English.
