Bartender Lead

Come grow with us! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender/Mixologist to lead our bar program. The ideal candidate will feature our craft spirits in unique and delicious seasonal cocktails. Provide an inviting bar experience that engages and informs guests about our unique craft beverages. Develop specialty cocktails for seasonal specials, paring diners and unique events. Duties Develop seasonal cocktail menus and specials which feature our award winning craft beverages Plan and implement bar preparation routines Ensure regulatory compliance for beverage sales, sanitation and safety regulations Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies Maintain standard recipes to ensure consistency Monitor costs and work towards budgetary goals Skills Pleasant, engaging personality Commitment to genuine customer service and guest experiences Proven experience in bar management Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of catering, banquet, and food service operations Proficiency in spirits types, categories, mixology and industry trends If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for craft beverages, excellent guest experiences and possess the skills mentioned above, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to lead our bar program.
