About the Role:
RealClean Aircraft Detailing - Connecticut is looking for a driven and detail-obsessed Operations Manager / Lead Aircraft Detailer to join our team in CT. This is a unique dual-role opportunity where you'll lead day-to-day operations while getting hands-on with high-end aircraft detailing work. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the aircraft detailing business, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
• Lead, schedule, and supervise detailing staff and crew assignments
• Perform hands-on aircraft detailing including interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and surface protection
• Maintain compliance with aviation facility safety protocols and ramp access procedures
• Manage inventory of detailing supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Monitor job quality, conduct inspections, and uphold company standards on every aircraft

Requirements:

• Prior experience in aircraft detailing, aviation services or detailing strongly preferred
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an operations or field management role
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless results
• Ability to work in an active FBO or airport environment and adhere to security requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple jobs simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-facing demeanor
