Job Description About Alma Alma del Mar is a K‑8 charter school located in New Bedford, Massachusetts, focused on preparing students for college and encouraging them to become service‑minded leaders. Lead Teacher Role Plan, develop, and teach highly effective lessons that support high academic gains for all students. Collaborate with grade‑level and curricular teams to create a cohesive learning environment. Build strong, high‑leverage relationships with families to support student success.
