• Hours: Part-Time (Approx. 25-30 hours/week)

• Shift Details: Rotating weekly schedule based on bakery needs and operating days.

• Availability Required: Wednesday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed).

• Greet guests warmly and engage with professionalism, hospitality, and a sense of urgency to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Operate POS system (Shift4) to accurately take guest orders and process transactions efficiently.

• Assist customers with placing bakery and beverage orders, anticipating guest needs proactively.

• Package customer orders carefully, accurately, and efficiently.

• Ensure all drinks and bakery items are delivered promptly, maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards.

• Master the preparation of coffee, espresso, matcha, teas, and specialty drinks with efficiency, warmth, and precision.

• Follow recipe guidelines, portion standards, and presentation rules consistently for all drinks.

• Calibrate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment daily.

• Maintain product freshness, quality control, and support menu updates or seasonal drink offerings.

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, organized, and visually appealing front counter, beverage station, and work area throughout the shift.

• Restock supplies, keep prep areas fully stocked, and assist with daily bakery tasks as needed.

• Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties per daily checklists.

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with local, state, and company standards.

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and communicating supply needs to management.

• Collaborate and communicate clearly and positively with fellow team members and management to ensure smooth service flow.

• Support and uphold brand values, aesthetic, and a welcoming guest service culture.

• Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a positive, growth-minded workplace environment.

• 1+ year of customer service experience required .

• 1+ year of barista or café experience required (making coffee, espresso, matcha, or similar beverages); hospitality background strongly valued.

• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest moments.

• Friendly, welcoming, punctual, and accommodating personality.

• Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure.

• Flexible availability for rotating weekly shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs as needed for stocking and daily operations.

• Repetitive physical motion required for grinding, tamping, steaming milk, and pouring beverages.
